  • by telephone.

In first case, you need to visit one of our service centers and ask for help from our experts. Together with our employee you fill out a receipt, which will contain all the necessary information about the device: the type of equipment, model, serial nomber, external condition, equipment and faults (according to the client). After completing and verifying correctly filled data our employee gives it to you. Receipt - the main document that serves as proof of your appeal to "Fixitex", so it is important not to lose it.

No time to visit a service center? Call us and leave a request, and our courier will take faulty gadget from your specified place. Please note that the courier is obliged to issue a receipt, which confirms the fact of cooperation with a service center. After repair courier will return refurbished gadget.

 

Timing of the repair

Timing of the repair in the service center "Fixitex" depend on several factors:

  • complexity of malfunction;
  • availability of spare parts needed for repair;
  • employment of our engineers.
